Since the first day of school at the age of 6, my plan to become a vet was the only reason to put 12 years of school behind me. Having achieved my goal, I opened the Aspern Veterinary Clinic together with my husband, Dr. Markus Kasper, in 1993. I worked there as owner and later managing director until April 2023. In 2020, I passed the examination to become a specialist veterinarian for small animals.

Since July 2023 I have been able to support the team of the veterinary practice at Schwarzspanierhof with my specialties:

• Surgery (soft tissue, bone and joint surgery)

• Homeopathy (acute and chronic illnesses) and Bach flower therapy

• Ophthalmology

• Emergency medicine

• Ultrasound ( current field of knowledge expansion)

As much patience as I have for living creatures, I have just as little patience for technical devices. In addition to my family, my dog Ilvy and my friends, exercise is important to me, which is why I can often be found on my bike on the way to work.
